Services

I offer two types of engagements: bespoke fractional CFO work for growth-stage and mid-sized companies, and Scalable Foundations — a defined, accessible engagement for small business owners who need financial clarity fast.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call to make sure there's a fit.

Scalable Foundations

For small business owners who are growing but flying blind financially.

You're busier than ever — more clients, more revenue, maybe a team. But you're not sure if you're actually profitable, what your highest-value work is, or what growth is going to cost you.

Scalable Foundations is a fixed-scope engagement that changes that. In 3–5 weeks, you leave with:

Revenue & Margin Clarity

Which of your channels, services or products are making you money

A clear financial picture

P&L and cash flow in plain language, not accountant-speak

A pricing model you can run

A dynamic tool for evaluating new work and comparing scenarios

A forward-looking view

What sustainability requires and what decisions need to be made now

Flat fee: $3,500–$5,500 based on business complexity.

Scope confirmed in discovery call.

Fractional CFO & Advisory Services

For growth-stage companies, PE-backed businesses, and founders who need ongoing senior finance leadership, I offer retainer-based and project-based engagements scoped to your specific situation.

  • Embedded part-time finance leadership. Monthly reporting, board and investor prep, rolling forecasts, cash management, and strategic partnership to your leadership team.

  • A defined-scope engagement to build the financial foundation your company needs: chart of accounts, reporting cadence, FP&A infrastructure, KPI frameworks. Built to be handed off.

  • For companies with clean books but no forward-looking visibility. Rolling forecasts, scenario models, S&OP process, and long-range planning — all designed so your team can own and operate them independently.

  • A financial strategy is only as useful as the systems that support it. I partner with operators and IT teams to make sure the data foundation underneath your finance function is actually reliable — clean inputs, logical structure, and reporting that doesn't require a translator.

I'm tool-agnostic and adapt quickly to whatever stack you're running. I've worked across ERPs including QuickBooks, Cognos, Essbase, and others, and I've rolled out dashboarding, project management, and AI workflow tools to teams that needed them to be intuitive enough to actually use. Strong Excel is a given — but the goal is always infrastructure that doesn't depend on one person's spreadsheet to function.

If your finance and data systems aren't talking to each other, or your team is making decisions off reports they don't fully trust, that's a solvable problem.

Engagements are structured around your needs. Pricing to be determined following the discovery call.
